How to Draw Anime Wolf Girl Step by Step
This tutorial shows you how to draw an anime wolf girl with animal ears. Includes step-by-step illustrations and drawing instructions.
There are many types of animals as characters in anime and manga. This lesson will draw a wolf similar to a female anime character.
If you follow this tutorial using pencil and paper, make sure you draw bright lines that you can easily erase. You will need to do so as you go through various stages.
Step 1 – Draw a Head
Start by drawing the head, neck and shoulders.
First, make a straight line in the middle of your drawing area to help you make sure both sides of the head/neck/shoulders are evenly spaced.
You can draw the head by first making a solid circle at the top and then exposing the lower part of the face from there.
Step 2 – Draw Ears
Draw the ears longer as most of them cover the hair in the latest steps. Make the perfect shape of the ears turn outwards from the head and back to the other.
You can also add a small crack to the edges of the ears to show that they are covered with hair.
Step 3 – Set Face Features
Place the facial features as shown in the example above. The ratings used are similar to many other courses here on EasyAnimeDrawings.
Draw eyes just below the horizontal point of the head. Make the students round, and the inner edges of the eyelids are slightly lowered.
Draw the top of the learners slightly covered with the upper eyelids and leave a space between them and the lower eyelids.
Round readers (unlike oval-shaped anime readers who are usually stretched) will make the eyes look like a wolf.
Draw a nose on one side of the dryline in the middle of the face. You are just drawing a shadow frame next to your nose.
Place the lip with the lower lip between the nose and chin and draw the mouth above it with a wide smile. This is voluntary depending on the type of character you want, but when you look at pictures of real wolves, their mouths often have a smile like standing up. Like the nose, the lower lip will be just a shadow, this time attached to the chin.
Step 4 – Draw Hair
Making the character look wild and the wolf is like painting dirty hair on big bumps.
To make the painting process easier to understand, you can break the hair into three parts—front (red), sides (green) and back (blue).
Start by drawing the front part, then the sides and finally the back.
Wipe the parts of the head and ears covered with hair after painting them.
Step 5 – Draw Ear Fluff
Making the ears look more attractive and the wolf is like adding fur/wool out of them. Draw wool in randomly colored knots that point in slightly different directions.
Step 6 – Draw Face Details
At this stage, you should have a complete basic outline of the character to move on to some of the smaller details.
Include inner parts of the eyes as readers, highlights, and shadows/illustrations
You can also add large and green eyelashes around the eyes.
Finally, add a few lines to the eyebrows to suggest each of their hair. This will also make the character appear less like a wolf by making the eyebrows look fur.
You can also fill the lower lip with solid black.
Step 7 – Complete the Line Drawing
To complete the line drawing, add collar bones and a piece of clothing. In this case, the clothes will be covered with fur to emphasize the wolf as a character.
To design this fur, you can best describe it with a collection of random zigzags. Try and draw these with simple curves.
Step 8 – Color
You can color the character with any color you like, but it will go with grey ears and blue (slightly grey) hair/eyes/eyebrows.
Wolves are usually grey and are often associated with snow-covered winter wood; the color of blue hair will help to emphasize this.
When coloring the paper, leave the highlights of the hair (shown in the next step) white and fill in all the other hair and eyebrows with one solid color. If you color in digital, you can add highlights afterward.
Keep your eyebrows white and fill in shaded areas with color.
When you color the ears, make the inside darker than the outside. At this point, keep the ear completely white. (Draw Anime Wolf Girl)
Step 9 – Add Blurring & Complete Drawing
To complete the drawing adds a basic shade to areas where it is possible to be. You can also add grey inside the ear fluff to shadows and Wool Color Patterns.
Add another shadow to the following locations:
- Put shadows on the forehead and face around the hair
- Shadows on the tops of the white eyes (cast eyebrows)
- Tiny shadow on one side of the nose (described in previous steps, fill in the black)
- Great shade on the inner part of the “back hair”
- Shade on the neck is thrown on the head
Conclusion
This teaching was focused on creating an anime-like wolf that looked like a female character by giving her features like a wolf. Yes, there are almost countless other ways to draw wolf girls. Some anime and manga characters are given a wolf or other animal ears and have no other features like a wolf, while others are drawn with features like many animals.
