Anime Boy Face Drawing – This tutorial explains how to draw the head and face of an anime woman step by step. The main focus is on creating an older woman who looks good in anime/manga style in line with the facial features common to that character.

An anime woman Draws 8 steps.

In this study, the woman’s age can be anywhere from the late 20s to 30s.

If you follow a drawing on paper, try and keep your lines very simple as you will need to clear the head parts in some of the steps. If you are digital, you may have many options depending on the software you are using.

Step 1 – Build & Draw Head

In the head of a middle-aged anime character, draw “longer” (more extended straight) than you would in a younger person. Kids usually have a rounder face than adults, so a longer face will automatically make the character look older and more mature.

You can start drawing a shape next to the circle for a preview. Draw two lines and the other two vertical lines from the intersection to form the chin.

With a side view, you can draw the top of the head like an egg and add the lower part. This can be difficult as you will want to show the nose quickly. As suggested earlier, you can make a rough drawing with light lines first, measure where the nose should be, and adjust your picture later if necessary with a sniffle look at step four of this lesson.

In the meantime, draw a line between the tip of the nose and the chin as one line. The details of the mouth and lower part of the nose will be added in later stages.

Step 2 – Place & Draw Ears

Please note that the ears will cover the hair with the latest steps, so painting them may be optional. However, it may be a good idea to show the characters (even if you delete them later) as they can help you judge whether or not they look suitable for your character. Drawing ahead without eras may seem unusual. It is also good to know how to style yourself to paint different hair.

To place the ears, draw a horizontal line between the head and the line between that and the chin. Draw ears between the two lines.

Step 3 – Place and Draw Eyes

Big and wide eyes often make the characters look younger. For adult anime, characters draw eyes straight and small irises/readers relative to the rest of the eye.

To keep an eye out, you can use a horizontal line formed in the middle of the head in the previous step. Draw it below it.

For a preview, draw eyes wide enough for one eye.

You can see all the eye painting steps in the example above; however, you must complete the whole face painting before adding color. You can return to this example if you need it when working on the final step of the lesson.

Step 4 – Place & Draw Nose

When you place your nose, you can re-use the lines in the previous step. In this case, its bottom will be in the same line as the bottom of the ears.

To draw the lower part of the nose in a side view, you can see the next step, mainly tied to the lip liner.

When drawing a front view of the nose, you can show it as two straight lines. Please make a short line in the lower part of the nose (below the point) and another long one above it. A small gap between these will indicate a tip.

Step 5 – Place and draw Mouth and lips

Anime lips are drawn as a single line (usually broken in the middle). Lips are generally not shown at all or are pointed. However, older characters are sometimes painted with more prominent facial features so that the mouth will be better defined in this case. The woman will also be wearing lipstick which means the lips can be exposed.

Keep the mouth so that its lower lip is in the middle of the lower part of the nose and under the chin.

You can see a close-up drawing of the mouth and lips with the details in the example above. Repeat until you have finished with each face painting line to add color.

Step 6 – Draw Hair

To do this, draw the upper part of the hair and the head’s shape. You can paint the coat into separate pieces with light curves/waves on them as the hair falls out.

Step 7 – Clean the Drawing

Once you have completed the previous steps, clean your drawing and erase any guidelines and sections of hair covered with hair. You can then trace over your lines to darken. However, do not follow over the frame of brightness and shadows in the eyes. Leave those simple lines to blend in well with the color/shade added in the next step.

Step 8 – Color in the Drawing

To color and shade, your character first fills each area like hair and skin with a solid color and then adds a darker shade later. You can leave highlights like glitter in the eyes, hair, and white lips when you draw on paper or draw later when you draw digitally.

In some cases, the darker shades darken areas, usually far away from the light.

In this case, more shadows will be found in the following areas:

  • Tiny shadows around the eyelid
  • Shadows on the upper parts of the eyes (eyelashes)
  • A slight shadow on one side of the nose
  • Shadows near different hair groups (usually down)
  • The big shadow on the neck is made of the head and hair.

Conclusion

For anime, characters who look older draw longer faces and smaller eyes than you would for younger ones. If you look at a few pictures of real people, children usually have a round face and big eyes (about their head) than adults.

How to Draw an Anime Female Face 3/4 View https://easyanimedrawing.com/draw-an-anime-female-face-3-4-view/ https://easyanimedrawing.com/draw-an-anime-female-face-3-4-view/#respond Tue, 08 Feb 2022 07:05:08 +0000 https://easyanimedrawings.com/?p=544 How to Draw an Anime Female Face 3/4 View

Draw An Anime Female Face 3-4 View – This tutorial explains how to draw a woman’s face anime or manga style in 3/4 view with examples with step-by-step pictures.

This tutorial uses a slightly more realistic style with a better-defined nose and lips. Although this is common in anime, it will allow you to see the placement of facial features better.

If you follow a drawing on paper, make sure you make the simplest lines in the first steps of the drawing, as you will need to do some deleting later.

Step 1 – Draw the Top of the Head

Start by drawing a circle on the upper part of the head. Now think of a circle as a circle and draw a line to determine which one is in the middle of the head. This line will bend like a sphere if you tie a string to the ball and look at it at the same angle you want to draw the face. If you were to look directly at the finish line, it would be a straight line, but the rope can turn when you turn the ball.

It would be helpful to start drawing a line all the way around (to make an oval) as the sphere is clear and clear the hidden part afterward. This way, you will not have a small chance of making a mistake in drawing the curve.

Step 2 – Draw the Facial Line Line

From the centerline of the project, a straight line is slightly angled inward (straight in the middle of the sphere). This line will be in the middle of the lower part of the face.

Step 3 – Draw Under Face

Draw the sides of the lower part of the face by adding lines from the circle to the bottom of the centerline.

Step 4 – Draw Face Features

In the example above, the facial features are as follows:

  • Eyes – below the middle point of the horizontal head
  • Nose – between the upper part of the eyes and under the chin
  • Mouth – between the chin and lower nose with the lower lip with the upper lip slightly higher
  • Ears – between the upper and lower eyes of the nose

It is important to note that the measurements given above are based on the centerline of all facial features (ears are not included). This is because the parts of the face near the viewer should be drawn larger than the distant parts. This is because of the idea.

Idea Drawing Tutorial for Beginners and How It Relates to Anime

Also, remember that the “far” eye, the eyebrow, and the side of the lips should be drawn shorter than the closest length. This is because they are smaller because of the vision and because of the curve of the head. The distant eye, eyebrow, and side of the lips will bend away from the viewer and should be pulled directly “pressed.” When the face turns sharply on the viewer, you should draw face features “far away.”

Draw the ear as long as a quarter of the face is placed between the eyes and below the nose.

Step 5 – Hair Design

You can usually imagine the hair is divided into front, sides, and top/back.

There is not much on the “front” side of the hair in this particular style, as it is tied on each side and covered with side hairs.

To create this hairstyle, you can trace the upper part of the hair in a way that is above the head but a short distance from the distance. As it turns downwards, it hangs down until it ends. Draw the ends of the hairs apart into bumps facing backward and bends to form the head.

On the side, hair makes them bend slightly inwards towards the face.

Step 6 – Cleaned Line Drawing

At this point, you can remove any building lines from your painting and erase any hidden parts of the hair. You should have a clean line drawing after you are done.

Step 7 – Color

In this step, fill in each area with the correct color if you color the paper and leave bright areas of hair visible on white eyes. Suppose digital coloring is added at the end.

Step 8 – Install Shading

As with many other studies here on AnimeOutline in this particular drawing, we will hide areas often shaded in the same light conditions as light from above.

Add shadow / darken the following areas:

  • Some small shadows from the hair
  • Small shadows around the eyelids as the area is bound. Usually, a little light will get there.
  • Shadows on the upper part of the eyes from the eyelids
  • Shadows and dark appearances of eyelids on top of irises
  • Students (just black)
  • Shadow down the nose

The lower ends of the hair as they begin to bend over towards the face and away from the light

Large shadow on the neck (fully drained neck)

Conclusion

As mentioned, this example shows some realistic facial features, but the same steps can be used to draw a traditional anime character.
