There are many ways to paint anime or manga facial hair. This lesson goes beyond some basic and simple examples. It can be beneficial if you are a beginner.
Normal Facial Hair Structure
Before painting a beard or mustache, it is good to have a complete understanding of the shape of facial hair.
Although facial hair may vary in shape for this study, we will look at a prevalent example. Like the picture above, facial hair is usually grown from the sides to the hair on the cheeks.
